What are the options?

13/11 (2) doesn't seem right, it gives some extra playability, but also gives white half-a landing point. So the real choice here is: do we keep the 8-point in tact with 8/4 6/4 7/5. Or do we play 8/4(2) with an extra builder for the 3-point?
