Hustling

Inspired by some of the comments in the other thread about pro backgammon players, I thought I'd start a new thread on hustling.
Wikipedia: Hustling is the deceptive act of disguising one's skill in a sport or game with the intent of luring someone of probably lesser skill into gambling (or gambling for higher than current stakes) with the hustler, as a form of confidence trick.
Is playing money games with a fish considered hustling?
Is intentionally losing the odd games here and there (often on the low cubes) in order to keep the fish interested something which is considered acceptable/ethically OK behaviour?
Feel free to share any good anecdotes on hustling backgammon stories.
