The perils of knowing too much

A couple of years ago, I would have seen only one candidate here, namely 8/3(2) 6/1*(2). But today, I know about naked-ace-point plays, I see White's duplicated 4's, I know that 20/10(2) probably wins more games but fewer gammons than 8/3(2) 6/1*(2), and in general I'm more confused than ever.
