Where to get replacement handles for boards?

Need to replace a couple of handles on boards. The vinyl has deteriorated leaving only the metal straps. I anticipate having to replace the whole handles. Need a couple of different sizes (large Crisloid board and smaller one from unknown manufacturer).

Where can I get replacement handles?
