Cube action?

Black has only one checker back and has a reasonably strong forward position, but Yellow has few bad rolls and is 20 pips up in the race. I don't think Black can take ATS. Is it TG? The position looks similar to several other positions I've had where the bot laughed when I cashed like a donkey. Nevertheless I double because I think there are too many sequences when Black manages to hit back and I no longer have a cash.
