What would be the best way to upload video files in order to have people "chip in" doing the transcripts?

A lot of them were recorded in decent quality, but in one long take (thus file sizes of 3-5-10 Gb).

I mean in case someone here would volunteer doing a file or two, I'm sure MP would be happy to share the load.
