We can't avoid leaving a shot. Being hit on the 3 should hurt the least, especially since it allows us to keep the four prime which is rather important. Taking down the mid point then looks clear to me. We could also play 18/13 18/14, duplicating twos, but the risk seems too high. First, if XG do hit we don't want more blots lying around and second, leaving a blot on the 14 yields 16 shots instead of 12.
