New GNU Strength. Some Q&D tests.

I had the new gnubg play itself in a 64 point match (45 games) 2-ply v 2-ply and then anlayzed it with XG using XGR+ as the first pass and XGR++ as the second pass.

Results:

GNUBG(A) PR 0.62 Overall 0.58 Checker / 0.87 Cube

GNUBG(B) PR 0.92 Overall 0.46 Checker / 3.04 Cube

I'm rolling out all disagreements >0.039.

Early indications would suggest a good improvement in checker play at least.
