New Ideas in Backgammon Revisited

I have reread NIB by Kit Woolsey which I found to be an excellent book and noted any problems which I thought were not only interesting but where I may have originally (or still) disagreed with Kit or the bot's choice. I then ran strong Snowie 4 rollouts and am drawing conclusions from there.

Here the question is after the 'forced' bar/23 do you play the ace 6/5? 8/7? 24/23?
