42P-51S-43 contrasts nicely with 53P-51S-43. Once again, in Neil’s 4-ply rollout of the second-roll position 51S-43, U, D, S, and Z are all within 0.012 of best. 51S-43 [U D3 S7 Z12] "^46*32 14 As with 53P-51S-43, S and Z rise to the top in this third roll position. Unlike 53P-51S-43, D holds its own. The priming threat makes playing down a viable option. S and Z are both better than D, however, with S coming out best. S puts a builder on the 10pt that is vulnerable to only 6 shots: 63, 54, and 53. Most rolls of 8 are blocked. Z, on the other hand, leaves 9 shots at a blot on the 9pt: 62, 44, 61, 52, and 43.
