Rix Precision Dice

After reading Rod's cautionary tale about dice mechanics, I went to the kickstarter link for the Amber Rix precision machined metal dice. After reading and re-reading these, I think they sound really interesting.

Has anyone from here placed an order, and for what metal / size / color?

I think it only has 12 days to go, and not knowing enough about kickstarter or this specific project, I dont know if these will be on sale after the project closes or not.
