Scrabble's Cross-Tables web site (an idea to generate more interest in backgammon)

The Scrabble community has a really cool publicly viewable web site: http://cross-tables.com/ It lists over 1700 Scrabble players sorted by their rating. You can look up individual players and find their picture along with their detailed tournament record. You can even view all the players in each U.S. state/Canadian province. To me this explains why Scrabble tournaments are so well attended. Our backgammon community should consider doing the same.
