Chuck Bower Sighting in Ohio

Mary and I played backgammon tonight. On the way home I was stopped at a traffic light, looked up, and 3 cars up on the left I saw a minivan with a license plate that could only be Chuck's. It was dark but I fumbled to get out my camera (I had it with me to take pix of bg positions), got it out and took a pic in time, but the autoflash wasn't on and the pic. was blurry since the car just started to move. I swear to you though this was the plate:
