I stopped posting the positions I did not understand simply because the community interest dwindled down rather quickly.
I encourage you to continue posting. As one of the most prolific posters of problems on this site in recent years, I can tell you from my experience that the reception that one gets for posted problems is highly erratic. A perfectly good and interesting problem may get no responses, while a relatively plain problem may somehow generate a huge discussion. That's just the way it goes. Don't take the amount of response too seriously. In fact, I would argue that a lack of response can sometimes, paradoxically, a sign of a good problem. I believe that most readers are afraid of looking like an idiot, and so will adopt a procedure something like this: (1) Look at the problem and come up with a verdict. (2) Check a bot. (3) Post only if the bot confirms the original verdict (and maybe not even then). So if a problem you post is difficult then such readers will remain silent.
Any problems you post here will be welcomed by a significant number of readers even if they don't say anything. Revised verdicts from a well-known book are definitely of interest.
