2 away each, -1,-2, -2,-1

So, while I was thinking about doing rollouts for first moves last night, I had a thought. At the above scores (2 away all, post crawford trailing, post crawford leading), what is the correct play to make? For example:

at -2,-2, Do I make the DMP play? Since its extremely likely that the game will be a DMP game - although, or is it the GG play?

at -1,-2, Do I make the GS play or the DMP play?

at -2,-1, Do I make the GG play, or the DMP play?

I am not sure how relevant this is, and they may just be a question of pedantics, but it did occur to me that depending on my opponent, these plays could well be different, and the situation could absolutely change on my opponents next roll - i.e. Opponent could forget to cube; could make some insane play that will prompt me to not cube etc.

Any thoughts anyone? Obviously, these could be rolled out quite easily, but there could be significant play choice differences.
