As a general rule, I've found that triple-splitting when White has 9 builders and the 4pt made is usually too risky. Magriel's criteria suggest that a bolder play than usual is possible, so seeing that there are three votes for the triple split I suspect that it's the bot play. Also, the play I'd make, bar/23 24/23 6/5, is sufficiently awkward that one "wants" to play more purely.
