Ruling on being late

In Response To: Tournament committee (Phil Simborg)

The current rules of WBA are crystal clear. In case of matches being clocked, itīs very easy to handle: A match is scheduled to start at xxx. A player is not there, the other player sits down and presses the clock. Once time runs out, we have a winner. If both opponents are not there, both times run and in case they show up, they must complete the match with the remaning time.
