White has committed to backgame. A lot of these problems could be solved simply by looking at pipcounts. If you hit pip difference will be in 70ish range. She dances couple times or you roll doubles, and all of the sudden she has decent game. Hitting checkers wins extra gammons, but at the price of straight wins. I wouldn't hit here and would attempt to stop her from improving her timing. 21/18 13/12.
