The Core i7 3770K @ 3.4 Ghz calibrates around 5 MPos/s

Haswell is supposed to be 1.10 faster than Ivy Bridge (http://www.techspot.com/news/51986-intels-core-i7-4770k-haswell-cpu-gets-benchmarked.html) tick for tick.

That should give a speed on that OC monster of 5*1.10*7/3.4=11.32 MPos/s

However, about AVX, when i implemented it i was very disappointed to get about 6-9% improvement while i was expecting about 20%. I realized that AVX loading/Saving were not any faster than SSE. This has changed on Haswell and it can now load a 256 bits memory as fast as a 128 bits one. so my guess is that it should be more around 12.5 MPos/s (6.2 Mpos/s without OC)
