I'll give it a try:
the 13/10 feels super natural: It unstacks now, when we can allow ourselves (having a much stronger board), it duplicates the 4 that makes an advanced anchor. It also duplicates the 4 that hit the checker on the 16 but it isn't an effective duplication given the advanced anchor option.
As for the ace, I would not move the checker on the 9 for the given reasons (duplication). I would not move the checker on the 16 since I like the fact that it is 6 pips away from the checker on the 10 and has so many return hitting numbers in case I get hit. So reluctantly, I would move the checker from the 24 which might make it harder to run with in following rolls.
Overall, I think that my board is so much stronger that even with my lead in the match score, my opponent is forced to play conservatively and now is the time to take advantage of that before his board is getting stronger.
