Opening Ceremony

Cant get Opening Ceremony to install. Running Windows 7 64 Bit. Download the .RAR file and unzip it. It extracts to a .MSI file,attempts to install, then prompts for .Net Framework Version 4 which is installed on my computer. I actually was prompted to repair or uninstall. Clicked on repair and still program would not install. Then I removed ver. 4 and re-installed and it did still doesn't install.

Please advise.
