The clocked rules that Mike posted are not quite the same as the primary rules. The primary rules mention that you can't resign in a contact situation, but that was left off the clocked rules. I figured Mike posted those ones because he observed time controls in the video. I noticed that BIBA (UK) has similar types of rules for clocked matches compared to the US ones. What isn't entirely clear to me is if the clocked rules supersede or are additive to the existing rules.
