Fernando, I agree with you (and Neil) that there is a strong possibility that the player is cheating...or trying to get away with something, which amounts to the same thing. However, I have problems with trying to prove what someone is thinking or what their intent is, as we are not always right.

The way I have explained the rule, it doesn't matter if he did it intentionally, or by accident, or even if he thought it was not cheating to do so on purpose (not everyone has the same cultural values). All that matters is that he does not profit from it and that he is put on notice that if it happens again he will be automatically expelled from the event and future events for a period of time. I don't have to accuse anyone of anything or prove intent...I simply don't let him do it.
