File/Save - Select "position" for a single position and then select "Plain text" as the type. You can select "match" and output a match in plain text as well. Use this method if you want the statistical data (moves and equities and cube analysis as well)

If you just want a board diagram for a position without any analysis you can find a position and then use the "edit" menu, selct "copy as" and "position as ascii". That copies the diagram to the MS Windows clipboard. You can then paste it into a any text editor (word, notepad, wordpad etc) with control-V .
