No - that is The proficiency Test. It is consist of 50 problems and designed to measure one's skill. The test is conducted many places including Japan, Greece, Nordic, (hopefully USA), France, Czech. MCG scored 43 in that test.

We make new test every year and it is the third time. http://blog.backgammonexam.com/en/score/

If you want to take the test please let me know. I can do it in Chicago. It is $15 and takes 1hour.
