The joke is:

1st character: Do you understand this position?

2nd character scratching his head: Wait, I can explain it to you!

1st character: I can explain it too! But I do not understand it...

Have you caught yourself convincedly explaining without understanding?

Morale: Listening untill the end of the sentence helps understanding.
