Othello, if you say so then I would tend to agree. In fact, I will vote for him this year to replace one of the main bums I voted for last year.

However, to be deserving is not to be a Giant. It takes some time after your game gets good enough that you can get enough world wide recognition to make it. Perhaps this exposure will help him earn votes this year? Even you have not made it, though your reputation is well known to me.

From what I heard today there is no doubt in my mind that Minakami can outplay me, as a matter of fact. I stated that I was sure he was a fine player, but I objected to inviting non Giants to play in a Giants Invitational. Simple as that.
