Good point. So that argues for some of both. However, I don't have a problem if a weaker player rarely wins as long as he has a reasonable chance to get his money back once in a while by paying more places. Again, people are only going to come back a certain number of times without cashing before they quit coming and that is (has) costing the top players a lot of money.
