Opening 43 Gnubg 1.0

I've rolled out Opening 43 for money using the new Gnubg Version 1.0 network.

After 93k trails, Reverse Splilt is ahead of Down, but not by a significant amount. Split and Up are significantly worse.

Gnunbg plays s on 0, 1 and 2-ply, but D on 3 and 4-ply.
