streaming and transcriptions

I am researching google Drive where streaming matches could be transferred to. I understand it takes 5G to start and goes up to 25G at only $2.49 per month. I would open an account and then all streams could be placed into Google drive instead of you tube for transcribing. Has anyone used this? I am finding out about it from my computer tech people.Maybe this would be better than you tube.
