I'm only aware of a few ABT events in the past that have enforced "clocks required" in the Open

Crap, I didn't mean what I wrote. I hate the whole lingo. I meant what the common vernacular seems to be "clocks on request" or "clocks optional." I don't care THAT much about the rest of the field, but I want to be able to unilaterally impose the use of a clock in all of my matches.
