If I was working for some organisation like USBGF or DBgF needing a way to make recorded bg videos available, I would read up on what archive.org offers and afterwards, if still prudent, contact them to see if their "Moving Image Archive" could be a good match for both parties. I would call this a potential option, not necessarily a slam dunk.
