Since the USBGF ratings puts all players in the same pool, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to distinguish between Novice/Intermediate/Open/Masters JP ratings, Ken's point is valid.

Also there will be mixing of the player populations as Novice players move up to Intermediate, or Open players play in Masters JPs, etc.
