The Woolsey rule points to turning the cube, IMO. Market losers? Cover + fan should do it and that happens ~10/36. 55 and 54 make the 3-point and Blue's some kind of a favorite after any other number as well. I'd double and let the oppt decide.

Should White take? I think so. His board is strong so he'll be in good shape if he hits or makes an anchor. Plus there's the misplay vig since Blue's position is the harder one to play. When in doubt, take.
