Phil, I really do appreciate all of your efforts with the new rules. Many of the changes and clarifications are necessary and long overdue. I only happen to wholly disagree with a few items, which is my privilege. Nothing personal.

In that vein, as a somewhat humorous aside, I know you are very much the stickler for the letter of the law in rules. How can you offer to use a baffle box, and offer to then take it away if your opponent doesn't like it, when such a proposition is in direct violation of two sections of your very own new rules? Please see Sections 2.1.2 and 3.4.
