1. This was not a cheap shot...it was an expensive shot.

2. It is a fact that Herb has not won a major tournament, and it is a compliment to him that I believe he is such a great player that I am surprised he hasn't won. (Cicero once said, when asked why there was no statue of him in the main square, "I would rather people ask me why I have no statue than why I do.")

3. Herb and I have been good friends for 25 years or more, and he has been one of my favorite targets, and I have been one of his. At the same time, I will tell anyone who will listen that Herb plays better for his intellect than anyone I know.
