Comments about random dice generators

Art, the problem is not so much what I prefer to use, it's what I prefer that my opponent uses.

Here is what I think the rule should be: Standard, approved (by the TD) equipment shall be used in all matches. In the event the players disagree about what equipment shall be used (including board, dice, cups, baffle boxes, and dice tubes and clocks) the TD shall make the decision.

(In addition to the actual rule, as a matter of explanation the TD will consider requiring the use of a dice tube or baffle box, if available, if it is determined that either of the opponents has not been diligent about using proper shaking and rolling procedures or if the TD believes such use would help reduce potential problems.)
