I have 5 point match windows memorized and know the win %ages for n roll vs n roll positions but would have needed to do the calculations here as it is beyond 5 point match.

There are several things to calculate here. I would guess that less than half of an open division field would get this in less than 3 minutes.

Yes, there should be adjustments based on opponent's skill. Trice and Jacob's book "How to Make a Fish Taste Twice as Good" will help you.
