There is a safe play, j (jump) = 9/4 9/3, but making the five-point board, J (Jump) = 9/4 8/2, looks a little stronger.

White may hit, but there should be plenty of returns. Even if Blue misses those, he should enter soon enough, and thereafter have plenty of chances.

Of course, if White misses the shot, Blue will be in the driver’s seat, as White scrambles to clean up his blots, and tip-toe home.
