20/14 is forced, and from there it seems I'd rather have the 14 on the 9 ready to build board points, and exposed only to shots from anchors white would prefer not to break rather than two spares.

Looking around at other possible fives, 8/3 looks horrible, and all the rest involve juggling spares between existing points, when the current distribution doesn't look bad to me. 13/8 would be an improvement for building our board, but nowhere near as big as 14/9.

20/9 for me.
