In Response To: OT - Hockey (strategy) - end of Game 6 (Stick)

It's hard to maintain control of the puck, so the risk of turnover is high. Also, you can't change and get fresh legs on the ice when the puck is in your zone - a pro shift averages - ? - 45 seconds?.
