What is the lowest winning % for Too good?

I would imagine you could have a score with high gammon values and high gammon potential because of the volatility of the position where the winning percent is well below 50 percent...maybe even as low as 40 percent, but if, for example, you come in and hit you can pick up lots of blots and win 70 percent gammons. Is it possible with a single shot and only 30.5 percent wins? Given enough blots around the board and a lopsided score and a high take point on a recube, I expect it is possible.

I just set up a position with only 44 percent winning chances that is too good that is close to what I described above.
