What is the lowest winning % for Too good?

If A can't regain his market, I agree he can roll on. But what he is hoping for is actually to roll a joker which elevates his equity from 1/2+eps to 1+eps, and first then A is too good by my definition. At opponents take/pass limit A's equity is 1 only if he doubles B out, otherwise it is around 1/2.
My approach would be 3*p-(1-p)>1 ---->p>1/2 , which is consistent with Janowski's too good formula (L+1)/(W+L), where L=1 and W=3.
