This is a different position than what Bob posted since here, while White's board/prime is currently good, he'll often not be able to advance it cleanly.

Or White will soon end up with the decision to have to leave the 23 pt or harm his board.

There's more spares here to handle bad 4's and 3's and still often retain enough checkers to attack on the 23 pt if White leaves.

All in all this looks like a better position than what Bob posted and a strong double.
