Every coin has two sides. I personally am genuinely surprised when someone renounces any kind of criticism. The organization is clearly struggling, as the significant dues hike indicates. So it is pretending that no serious problems exist and no criticism is called for that is unproductive and unhelpful, not the criticism itself.
