The blue position is a bit disconnected on the back-end, and a bit awkward at the front (stripped 8-6-4-2 points). White thus has a better position and the better race. White's threats are small though.

The moves {D3,D5,43,65} = 6/36 chance, will bring blue back on track and he will get this opportunity for some rolls. Also there will probably be some double indirect shots on a white builder. {61,31} and a few doubles will lose the white market, that explains the white double now.
