From the Thoughts section on my GG profile:

If you are looking for "fast fun backgammon!" which encompasses from what I can tell little thought and just shoving checkers around at the first move you see, don't invite me. You're a donkey, and I'll take my time when I feel like it.

As for those accusations that taking X amount of time means you're cheating this is even dumber. As I or anyone halfway fluent with a computer and XG can demonstrate, it takes virtually no time to cheat if you want to.
