Using fractions to check, each possibility is 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 = 1/16.

Ways to not rule in your favor = No judge does, #1 only, #2 only, #3 only, or #4 only = 5 ways.

5 x 1/16 = 5/16

That leaves 11/16 = 68.75%
