One of the rules I go by for almost all cube decisions is: if you can tolerate the risk, then the take/drop decision is always on the race.

Risk, relatively low, on the race it's a super easy take. So, my answer here is that it's close to ND, and the take is excellent.

White is underdeveloped, has a technically weaker board, and is in a holding position in an even race. As blue, I am delighted to be recubed here.
