I think White's gammon-and-cube adjusted tp is around 28%. Not at all clear to me that White wins this often, so a good double using the Woolsey rule.

Is it a take? I doubt it. D2,D3,D4, and D5 are probably devastating. Hit/dance or poor entry are also big market losers. I'd give it up.
